Marcel Školiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Jež, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Jež in the 8th minute of play forced FK Vysoká's goalkeeper Marcel Školiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Peter Fedorík managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when FK Vysoká's Ladislav Hamel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ladislav Hamel hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Marek Vargovčík took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcel Školiak. FK Vysoká's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 20th minute, Simon Toman made a precise shot to the right of Marcel Školiak. FK Vysoká's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, FK Vysoká's Žigmund Penkala got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Miroslav Malík hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Erik Jež shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Školiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislav Hamel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Peter Fedorík tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Toman was the one to do the kick off. Marcel Školiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Toman, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute, Žigmund Penkala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Jež got free with Marcel Školiak in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcel Školiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Toman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FK Vysoká's zone, Simon Toman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Školiak came out of the goal and Simon Toman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peter Fedorík didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislav Hamel went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Erik Serbák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Fedorík having to interfere. Marcel Školiak came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Havaj FC's Simon Toman. But to his dismay, Simon Toman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 85 minutes into the match, Havaj FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Hamel came free, but Peter Fedorík reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Jež fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Školiak having to interfere. The supporters of Havaj FC booed when FK Vysoká was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Podmanický didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chants of Havaj FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FK Vysoká had held the ball for most of the match.
