Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vladimír Bahna kicked off to start the match. Juraj Bolčík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Gabrieň in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Aurel Gabrieň cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Juraj Bolčík was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Livov FK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Juraj Honza hit a great ball. Miroslav Šimko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdeno Riška in the 15th minute. Miroslav Šimko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimír Bahna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Zdeno Riška got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Zdeno Riška had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimír Bahna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Zdeno Riška received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Miroslav Šimko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ladzany FK booed when Livov FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignác Žiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Livov FK's Imrich Kriška got a free kick in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zdeno Riška in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslav Šimko saved Livov FK from getting behind. In the 63rd minute Vladimír Bahna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Šimko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ladzany FK's Tibor Zeman got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Ľubomír Kazár dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juraj Bolčík, 0-2. 72 minutes into the match, Livov FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Zeman came free, but Miroslav Šimko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ľubomír Kazár in the 76th minute of play forced Ladzany FK's goalkeeper Juraj Bolčík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Gabrieň sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Aurel Gabrieň reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juraj Bolčík. The goal made the score 0-3. A collision led to Ladzany FK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gabriel Andriščík hit a great ball. Livov FK's Štefan Dani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ladzany FK. Miroslav Šimko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimír Bahna in the 95th minute of play. The Ladzany FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Livov FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Livov FK.
