Spectators: 6780 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rudolf Angyal took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of AFK Flamengo booed when Miloslavov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Koreň didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Tomáš Kostelník ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matej Notár was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Matúš Jurík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Handzuš, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Rudolf Angyal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miloslavov FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rudolf Angyal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matej Notár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomáš Kostelník, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Miloslavov FC's Jozef Koreň slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matúš Jurík. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. Matej Notár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Žitný, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Rudolf Angyal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matúš Jurík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matej Notár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomáš Kostelník, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matej Notár came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFK Flamengo's Matúš Žilinovský. But to his dismay, Matúš Žilinovský quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomáš Kostelník stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matej Notár stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomáš Kostelník's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Žitný got free with Matej Notár in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomáš Kostelník fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matej Notár having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the match Miloslavov FC got a corner. AFK Flamengo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michal Košť ran over to the corner to take the kick. Miloslavov FC's Michal Košť was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matúš Jurík in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Tomáš Kostelník's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matej Notár was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Daniel Žitný sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomáš Kostelník who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Matej Notár when he managed to save the team from getting behind. AFK Flamengo's Tomáš Kostelník got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jozef Koreň had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jozef Koreň's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matúš Jurík was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Miloslavov FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AFK Flamengo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
