Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kalnica FC's Rudolf Antošík started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Martin Zvijač came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Kalnica FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Zvijač couldn't finish the play. In the 7thth minute of the game Rudolf Antošík who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dirty Dogs's Erik Mak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Štefan Dzurík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Zvijač sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 played minutes FC Dirty Dogs got a freekick which was hit by Jozef Jambor. In the 26th minute, Rudolf Antošík got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Štefan Dzurík could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Miroslav Cernan made a huge save. Martin Zvijač fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Mak having to interfere. Erik Mak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Antošík in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Dirty Dogs getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Jozef Jambor hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Kalnica FC's Ladislav Kľučka broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kalnica FC's Rudolf Antošík got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erik Mak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Zvijač, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tibor Ďuračka to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Martin Zvijač got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erik Mak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 58 minutes, Martin Zvijač managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalnica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Zvijač was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Dirty Dogs fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! In the 87th minute, one of Kalnica FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kalnica FC. Erik Mak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Stupala, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Štefan Dzurík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Dirty Dogs's Jozef Jambor got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
