Marek Jakubiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Róbert Paliesek's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 6th minute when Martin Žofčák elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ferdinand Hamžík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Róbert Jurčák tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Lada FK were awarded a corner. Richard Ivanič went to the cornerflag to take it. Lada FK's Richard Ivanič was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marek Jakubiak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Róbert Paliesek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Marek Jakubiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Ado Team got a freekick which was hit by Richard Pecka. In the 21st minute Matúš Hrabovský shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Jakubiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Pecka's late challenge caught a Lada FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Pecka helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Richard Pecka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbert Paliesek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ado Team booed when Lada FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislav Hanzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ado Team's Gabriel Oravec shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Róbert Jurčák but with some difficulty. 46 minutes into the game, Lada FK's Matúš Hrabovský nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marek Jakubiak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Matúš Hrabovský struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Marek Jakubiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lada FK. Martin Žofčák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbert Jurčák having to interfere. Marek Jakubiak made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Róbert Paliesek sent off a good shot on target. Ferdinand Hamžík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dezider Šedivý hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Marek Jakubiak came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Lada FK's Róbert Paliesek. But to his dismay, Róbert Paliesek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Matúš Hrabovský fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Jakubiak having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Ado Team got a freekick which was hit by Matúš Hubočan. Ado Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Matúš Hrabovský scored to the left of an out of position Marek Jakubiak, making the score, 1-3. When Dezider Šedivý fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lada FK's protests and gave Dezider Šedivý a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Dezider Šedivý hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Žofčák hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Marek Jakubiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matúš Hrabovský in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ado Team's goalkeeper Marek Jakubiak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute of the match Michal Kelemen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marek Jakubiak skillfully saved the ball. Lada FK played a much better game than Ado Team and deserved their victory. The Ado Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
