If Albert Bašišta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Albert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Bašišta's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Albert Bašišta scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Albert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20thth minute of the game Ľubomír Figura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Revúca Slovakia's Martin Albert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Bartek made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Pavol Čársky sent off a good shot on target. Martin Albert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ľubomír Figura's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. If Albert Bašišta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes, Kvakovce's Gabriel Galbavý shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Martin Albert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kvakovce reached it. In the 29th minute, Ľubomír Figura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kvakovce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pavol Čársky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ivan Bartek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juraj Bašišta hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Pavol Čársky kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 49thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Kvakovce's keeper Ivan Bartek was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ľubomír Figura was the one to do the kick off. Albert Bašišta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Martin Albert made a huge save. Ľubomír Figura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Kvakovce's Albert Bašišta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Albert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ľubomír Figura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Albert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Ľubomír Figura fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Martin Albert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ľubomír Figura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Ľubomír Figura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Albert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Albert Bašišta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Albert Bašišta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kvakovce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Bašišta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pavol Čársky came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Revúca Slovakia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavol Čársky couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Revúca Slovakia's goalkeeper Martin Albert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Štefan Ďurka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Belža was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 99th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kvakovce's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
