Harmanec FK were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Boys Wood's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Krištof Dani took the corner. After taking down the ball on Harmanec FK's corner Krištof Dani fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jaromír Svrček quite easily take care of the ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrej Galbavý in the 52nd minute of play forced Harmanec FK's goalkeeper Pavol Stanislav to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ján Kupčo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harmanec FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ján Kupčo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaromír Svrček breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Harmanec FK were the better team. Harmanec FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
