Spectators: 6838 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silvester Dzubera got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Hoste FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oto Surový to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute Silvester Dzubera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Jesenský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matej Gerlach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hoste FK's zone, Matej Gerlach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Michalka came out of the goal and Matej Gerlach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Hoste FK got a freekick which was hit by Silvester Dzubera. Tomáš Antonič was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Hoste FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Bobot FC's Gabriel Kukla got a free kick in the 25th minute. A long shot from Andrej Kapráľ in the 26th minute of play was well struck, but Miroslav Jesenský made a really good save at the right post. After some careless play in the Hoste FK defense, Gabriel Kukla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Michalka. The Hoste FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marek Michalka should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Matej Gerlach notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hoste FK's Marek Michalka. Marek Michalka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hoste FK's Tomáš Antonič came free and shot a quick shot against goal 42 minutes in the game, fortunately Miroslav Jesenský had problems saving as it came toward the left post. A collision led to Bobot FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gabriel Kukla hit a great ball. Dušan Griščík's late challenge caught a Hoste FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dušan Griščík helped the player get up and apologised. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pavol Karvaš was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Hoste FK's goalkeeper Marek Michalka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matej Gerlach. With his leg Marek Michalka managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Bobot FC's Matej Gerlach fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Peter Bobrovnický's late challenge caught a Bobot FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Bobrovnický helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bobot FC booed when Hoste FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Bobrovnický didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Matej Gerlach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marek Michalka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The audience was convinced that Tomáš Antonič's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miroslav Jesenský was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Bobot FC's Gabriel Kukla got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Gabriel Kukla off the ground. In the 66th match minute, Bobot FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Kukla to maneuver through the defense. Matej Gerlach might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marek Michalka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matej Gerlach ran back to his position shaking his head. After 81 played minutes Bobot FC got a freekick which was hit by Pavol Chmara. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bobot FC's goalkeeper Miroslav Jesenský, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Tomáš Antonič managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoste FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomáš Antonič was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miroslav Jesenský breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bobot FC's Matej Gerlach got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bobot FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
