Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Opoj's Alojz Cesnek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Pataj in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Opoj's goalkeeper Alojz Cesnek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filip Hrivák. Alojz Cesnek made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Štefan Tandlich sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Opoj's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Havran came free, but Alojz Cesnek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Opoj's Alojz Cesnek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Opoj from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norian Kusnier in the 17th minute of play forced TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992's goalkeeper Matej Lalinský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Ivo Pataj took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alojz Cesnek to make any attempt to save it. Filip Hriváks short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Alojz Cesnek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Opoj getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tibor Petras hit a great ball. With a little luck, Opoj's Alojz Cesnek got control of the ball when Filip Hrivák tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match Tibor Remšík shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alojz Cesnek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Štefan Tandlich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992's supporters crossed their fingers, but Štefan Tandlich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alojz Cesnek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Pataj in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992's Filip Hrivák slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alojz Cesnek. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. Filip Hrivák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alojz Cesnek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Havran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Štefan Tandlich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slavomir Gyure to make the kick off. Matej Lalinský made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Miklos Penov sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute of the match, Slavomir Gyure tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matej Lalinský saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Radomir Ondrejcik kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Filip Hrivák struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Alojz Cesnek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992. Ivo Pataj took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alojz Cesnek. Alojz Cesnek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alojz Cesnek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Štefan Tandlich's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 68th minute, Filip Hrivák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alojz Cesnek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992's Štefan Tandlich got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vratislav Augusta hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Alojz Cesnek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Štefan Tandlich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Štefan Tandlich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alojz Cesnek having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Ivo Pataj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992 getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Tibor Remšík hit a great ball. Ivo Pataj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alojz Cesnek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alojz Cesnek came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992's Štefan Tandlich. But to his dismay, Štefan Tandlich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Filip Hrivák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alojz Cesnek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TJ Sokol Ľubotice 1992 had played much better football throughout.
