Lascov's Emil Rybársky proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Lascov from getting a goal against them. Ján Demčák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Emil Rybársky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erik Konkoly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ján Demčák during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ján Demčák kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Erik Konkoly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Rybársky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lascov's zone, Erik Konkoly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Rybársky came out of the goal and Erik Konkoly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lascov's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erik Konkoly 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Erik Konkoly might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Rybársky. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Konkoly ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Erik Konkoly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Rybársky. Lascov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Konkoly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Michal Kolesár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Erik Konkoly dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emil Rybársky, 3-0. After 34 played minutes Lascov got a freekick which was hit by Tomáš Hrivňák. 38 minutes into the match, Lascov's goalkeeper Emil Rybársky had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ján Demčák. If Ján Demčák had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Konkoly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Michal Kolesár rounded Bojnice's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. Erik Konkoly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Rybársky having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Konkoly in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Rybársky saved Lascov from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ján Demčák's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Rybársky was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Emil Rybársky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ján Demčák in the 70th minute of play. Erik Konkoly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Rybársky having to interfere. Erik Konkoly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Rybársky read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Konkoly in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Rybársky saved Lascov from getting behind. Erik Konkoly struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Emil Rybársky didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bojnice. Emil Rybársky took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ján Demčák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Rybársky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Konkoly in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Lascov defense, Erik Konkoly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Rybársky. The Lascov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Rybársky should have stopped the shot. Emil Rybársky showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ján Demčák in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bojnice fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lascov had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
