Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gabriel Najmík took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, FK Ružinov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Suško to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Lukáč Sangret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Najmíks short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Ivo Fekiač to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ján Šišolák lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After having played for 15 minutes, Matej Híreš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Ružinov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matej Híreš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tibor Rot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ivo Fekiač tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rastislav Haluška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Ižold having to interfere. Ivo Fekiač didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matej Híreš went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Tibor Rot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivo Fekiač. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play.

The wind increased when Lukáč Sangret made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FK Ružinov's Marek Ižold got control of the ball when Rastislav Haluška tried to sneak it across the goal line. Róbert Janič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Fekiač having to interfere. Rastislav Haluška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tibor Rot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. FK Ružinov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poprad the free kick. Gabriel Najmík hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Marek Jendrišák sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FK Ružinov's Marek Ižold didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Mašša during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FK Ružinov's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
