Spectators: 5940 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1940, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Richard Sekera started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Kysučan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukáč Kern to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Kysučan FK's Vladimír Bella ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Gašpar. Ivan Gašpar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ivan Kurina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Ješo in the 14th minute of play. Michal Dokupil kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ivan Kurina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Ješo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. A hard shot 22 in the game by Martin Šrobár from a close distance when the talented Ivan Gašpar managed to make a qualified save. Babie FC's players were relieved. Vladimír Bella in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivan Gašpar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ivan Gašpar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimír Bella in the 30th minute. Viktor Klapčík hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Martin Šrobár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Ivan Gašpar managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Kysučan FK's Martin Šrobár fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Babie FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Jozef Hauser scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Gašpar, making the score, 2-0. A hard shot 46 in the game by Martin Šrobár from a close distance when the talented Ivan Gašpar managed to make a qualified save. Babie FC's players were relieved. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Šrobár to make the kick off. The supporters of Babie FC booed when Kysučan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimír Bella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Gašpar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimír Bella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Babie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Šrobár came free, but Ivan Gašpar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kysučan FK fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Kysučan FK's Jozef Hauser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Martin Šrobár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Gašpar having to make a save. Ivan Gašpar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Šrobár in the 64th minute of the match. Babie FC's Ivan Gašpar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Šrobár in the 68th minute of play. Michal Dokupil charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Dokupil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Jozef Hauser came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Kysučan FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jozef Hauser couldn't finish the play. Martin Šrobár might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Gašpar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Šrobár ran back to his position shaking his head. If Martin Šrobár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, Jozef Hauser left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kysučan FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Jozef Hauser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ivan Gašpar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Čelko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Babie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jozef Hauser came free, but Ivan Gašpar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Martin Šrobár had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Gašpar. Babie FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Šrobár was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Kysučan FK made a substitution. Karol Dobák replaced Zdeno Tkáč. In the 87th minute, Jozef Hauser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Gašpar was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Jozef Hauser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Šrobár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Gašpar having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Babie FC's zone, Jozef Hauser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Gašpar came out of the goal and Jozef Hauser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Kysučan FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
