Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ľubomír Kolek started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Bajtava FC got a freekick which was hit by Štefan Demský. In the 4th minute, Štefan Demský hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bajtava FC's Róbert Augustíny got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Matúška got free with Dušan Krnáč in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Takáč hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Štefan Demský got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dušan Klátik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dušan Krnáč having to make a save. Dávid Pramuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ľubomír Kortiš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th match minute, Bajtava FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrej Urminský to maneuver through the defense. Michal Pachl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dávid Pramuk having to make a save. Dávid Pramuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Kortiš in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Brekov got a corner. Bajtava FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michal Pachl ran over to the corner to take the kick. Brekov's Michal Pachl was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dávid Pramuk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dávid Pramuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Kolek in the 40th minute of play. Dušan Klátik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dušan Krnáč having to interfere. Dávid Pramuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ľubomír Kortiš's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Róbert Augustíny to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Brekov's goal looked a bit too open when Štefan Demský came free, but Dušan Krnáč reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Chrašc during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Brekov's zone, Štefan Demský stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dušan Krnáč came out of the goal and Štefan Demský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ľubomír Kortiš fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brekov's protests and gave Ľubomír Kortiš a yellow card for diving instead. During the 66th minute of the match Ľubomír Kortiš completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ľubomír Kortiš a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Brekov getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ľubomír Kortiš hit a great ball. Daniel Matúška received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dušan Krnáč tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Bajtava FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ľubomír Kolek came free, but Dávid Pramuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brekov's Dušan Krnáč played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Augustíny in the 73rd minute of play. Michal Pachl might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dávid Pramuk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michal Pachl ran back to his position shaking his head. Brekov's Dušan Krnáč played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dušan Klátik in the 84th minute of play. Róbert Augustíny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dušan Krnáč having to interfere. Róbert Augustíny scored 2-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dušan Krnáč, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bajtava FC fully deserved thier win.
