When Ľubomír Kortiš came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Brekov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ľubomír Kortiš couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the game, Ľubomír Kolek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matúš Sidor. Ľubomír Kolek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ľubomír Kolek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Suchohrad FC booed when Brekov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Rangl didn't get a good kick on the ball.
