Spectators: 8412 (Terracing: 6309, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godfredo Oliveiro started the match with the kick off. When Björn Andreasson fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC 23 Hatalov's protests and gave Björn Andreasson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC 23 Hatalov getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Björn Andreasson hit a great ball. Ctibor Sečanský was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Ľubomír Paštrnák capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ľubomír Paštrnák really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Samo Gašparovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Matúš Vitkovič tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liverpool FC's Matúš Vitkovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Andreasson in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Oliveiro came free, but Matúš Vitkovič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Ivan Timčo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ľubomír Paštrnák came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Liverpool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ľubomír Paštrnák couldn't finish the play. Ctibor Sečanský made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ľubomír Paštrnák in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Miloš Daniš suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. FC 23 Hatalov made a substitution. Diguinho Vinhas replaced Miloš Daniš. In the 27th minute, Jozef Syč hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28thth minute of the game Godfredo Oliveiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool FC's Matúš Vitkovič was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Oliveiro in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matúš Vitkovič saved Liverpool FC from getting behind. In the 34th match minute, Liverpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislav Valovič to maneuver through the defense. Matúš Vitkovič showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Oliveiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Richard Slaný hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Oliveiro in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matúš Vitkovič saved Liverpool FC from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Róbert Gallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ľubomír Paštrnák to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC 23 Hatalov's Viktor Hrádek got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 55th play minute Tomáš Fabián came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Matúš Vitkovič. 1-1. In the 60th minute Ľubomír Paštrnák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ctibor Sečanský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC 23 Hatalov's Björn Andreasson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd match minute, FC 23 Hatalov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Matúš Vitkovič had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Fabián. FC 23 Hatalov's Samo Gašparovič got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Gabriel Džubák got a free kick in the 87th minute. Björn Andreasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Björn Andreasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Oliveiro got free with Matúš Vitkovič in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over FC 23 Hatalov could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Liverpool FC throughout the match.
