Liverpool FC's Róbert Gallo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Blažej Zudor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavol Trebuňa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, Liverpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbert Gallo to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Biskupice defense, Ľubomír Paštrnák kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blažej Zudor. The Biskupice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blažej Zudor should have stopped the shot. Ľubomír Paštrnák's late challenge caught a Biskupice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ľubomír Paštrnák helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ľubomír Paštrnák hit a great ball. Stanislav Valovič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blažej Zudor having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Róbert Gallo. 34 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Matúš Vitkovič had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ondrej Erhart. In the 35th minute, Róbert Gallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislav Bukovinský hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ondrej Erhart's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matúš Vitkovič firmly grabbed it by the left post. Matúš Vitkovič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matej Wagner in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Ľubomír Paštrnák who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Biskupice's Blažej Zudor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Liverpool FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Biskupice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liverpool FC the free kick. Viktor Lindtner kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 93rd minute, Ľubomír Paštrnák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Biskupice could leave the field as winners, despite Liverpool FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
