Spectators: 6937 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viktor Barmoš kicked off to start the match. Pavol Toman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Kľúčik having to interfere. Oskar Jačiansky hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Holice FK's Vincent Kľúčik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavol Toman in the 16th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Holice FK got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Pucher. If Andrej Sič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Ondejko kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Róbert Ignátko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Štefan Meluš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juraj Chrašc kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Róbert Ignátko might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Štefan Meluš. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Róbert Ignátko ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Pucher to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Vladimír Hvorecký mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bajany FK and the Holice FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bajany FK's Vladimír Hvorecký got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Róbert Ignátko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Štefan Meluš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Barmošs short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Vincent Kľúčik to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dušan Mihalík's late challenge caught a Bajany FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dušan Mihalík helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Juraj Chrašc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Bajany FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Holice FK:s goal. Štefan Meluš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Pucher in the 97th minute of play. The supporters of Holice FK booed when Bajany FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krištof Demko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holice FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
