Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marek Pencák kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Dechtice getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Peter Fajta hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the match, Dechtice's goal looked a bit too open when Ctibor Závada came free, but Jozef Salák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Barcelona FC's Peter Tischler in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dechtice's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 minutes, Miloš Maška mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dechtice and the Barcelona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miloš Maška hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Marek Pencák reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juraj Kolek. The goal made the score 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Dechtice's Juraj Chudý slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juraj Kolek. That made the score 2-1 after 19 minutes of play. Ctibor Závada scored 2-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jozef Salák, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viktor Mašša lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 25th minute, one of Barcelona FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barcelona FC. Juraj Kolek had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Miloš Maška's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ctibor Závada in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jozef Salák saved Dechtice from getting behind. Marián Horňák kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Marián Horňák struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Juraj Kolek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dechtice. Juraj Chudý kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Dechtice's Jozef Salák played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ctibor Závada in the 43rd minute of play. If Peter Tischler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ctibor Závada kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Ctibor Závada made the kick off in the second half. Dechtice's Jozef Salák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Dechtice from getting a goal against them. Andrej Pacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Barcelona FC's Jozef Salák threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ctibor Závada, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pavol Zedník hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Dechtice's Jozef Salák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Dechtice from getting a goal against them. Barcelona FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Dechtice's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andrej Pacher took the corner. Jozef Salák stood somewhat misplaced when Ctibor Závada came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 62 minute. Jozef Salák stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ctibor Závada's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Peter Tischler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Tischler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jozef Salák breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Tischler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jozef Salák read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Jozef Salák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ctibor Závada in the 79th minute of the match. Ctibor Závada was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Peter Tischler who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Jozef Salák when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Miloš Maška was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. Dechtice:s Jozef Salák showed great skill when he stopped Andrej Pacher:s penalty. The supporters of Barcelona FC booed when Dechtice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Masaryk didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ctibor Závada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Peter Tischler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Tischler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jozef Salák breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Barcelona FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barcelona FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
