Peter Adamica came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Melon's Martin Kudlak. But to his dismay, Martin Kudlak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. UFC Pivnica's Peter Adamica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Janič in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Kudlak in the 13th minute of play forced UFC Pivnica's goalkeeper Peter Adamica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Adamica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Kudlak in the 15th minute of the match. Ján Tuleja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maroš Baránek, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Jozef Hecl with Juraj Gross as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 28th minute Matej Adamec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Adamica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, FC Melon's Martin Kudlak made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Adamica was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martin Kudlak took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Adamica. Peter Adamica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Melon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Viktor Kasarda was slow to take the kick. During this time UFC Pivnica's players had a chance to rest.

The wind increased when Martin Kudlak made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Martin Kudlak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC Pivnica's Peter Adamica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When FC Melon's Marek Janič in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UFC Pivnica's goalie prevented a goal. Martin Kudlak might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Adamica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Kudlak ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, UFC Pivnica's goalkeeper Peter Adamica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Kudlak. The supporters of UFC Pivnica booed when FC Melon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Janič didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th match minute, UFC Pivnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jozef Hecl to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th match minute, FC Melon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomáš Guzy to maneuver through the defense. FC Melon's Ján Tuleja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavol Rybnický in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juraj Gross during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, UFC Pivnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juraj Gross to maneuver through the defense. FC Melon's Peter Holub was substituted for Lukáš Hučka. Ján Tuleja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavol Rybnický in the 71st minute of play. Martin Kudlak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Adamica having to make a save. Jozef Hecl charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jozef Hecl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Peter Adamica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Kudlak in the 79th minute. Peter Adamica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Kudlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marek Janič in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Adamica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 87 minutes into the match, Marek Janič had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peter Adamica. UFC Pivnica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marek Janič was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Jozef Hecl hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ján Tuleja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberd Juhás in the 95th minute of play. Although UFC Pivnica had been in control for most of the match, FC Melon still came away with the win.
