The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes in the game, Oliver Mojsej fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Filip Voitiş having to interfere. 1.FC Petrzalka's Filip Voitiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Mojsej in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Oliver Mojsej notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of 1.FC Petrzalka's Filip Voitiş. Filip Voitiş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Chrabrany's Viktor Molok dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 17 minutes into the match, 1.FC Petrzalka's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Molok came free, but Filip Voitiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Molok in the 19th minute of play forced 1.FC Petrzalka's goalkeeper Filip Voitiş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Voitiş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Mojsej's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Václav Hollý kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Michal Oravský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Curea in the 31st minute of the match. Filip Voitiş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viktor Zápotoka in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 1.FC Petrzalka's zone, Oliver Mojsej stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Voitiş came out of the goal and Oliver Mojsej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 52nd minute Oliver Mojsej shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Voitiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 played minutes Chrabrany got a freekick which was hit by Žigmund Angyal. 1.FC Petrzalka's Filip Voitiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Zápotoka in the 59th minute of play. When Matúš Hrozný fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1.FC Petrzalka's protests and gave Matúš Hrozný a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chrabrany booed when 1.FC Petrzalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matúš Hrozný didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Petrzalka's Gabriel Smolík got a free kick in the 64th minute. Filip Voitiş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ľubomír Striež, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Filip Voitiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Striež in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chrabrany's Viktor Molok got a free kick in the 91st minute. Alexandru Popârcea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michal Oravský read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Chrabrany players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
