Belchior Cortez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 47 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's Filip Seman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Štefan Šandal narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

MŠK Púchov's Peter Zeman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jozef Elko in the 51 minute of the game. 53 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's goal looked a bit too open when Lukáš Štovčík came free, but Belchior Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukáš Štovčík's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belchior Cortez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Filip Seman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Štefan Šandal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Asi Ohorella notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of MŠK Púchov's Štefan Šandal. Štefan Šandal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radoslav Bázlik hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Filip Seman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Štefan Šandal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 90 played minutes MŠK Púchov got a freekick which was hit by Žigmund Janoško. If Dušan Kršek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd match minute, Rusinska Cigelka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dušan Kršek to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, MŠK Púchov's Peter Zeman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belchior Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rusinska Cigelka eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
