Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gerard Pejčić started the match with the kick off. Melvin Sternad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Vasilije Tominšek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Egidio Kovič didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerard Pejčić went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Kostel ND booed when Prevalje FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvis Zemljič didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasilije Tominšek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suljo Krulec in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Suljo Krulec in the 34th minute of play forced Prevalje FC's goalkeeper Vasilije Tominšek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theodor Kosednar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidio Kovič having to interfere. When Gerard Pejčić came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Prevalje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerard Pejčić couldn't finish the play. Suljo Krulec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasilije Tominšek having to interfere. With a little luck, Prevalje FC's Vasilije Tominšek got control of the ball when Melvin Sternad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Theodor Kosednar took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egidio Kovič. Egidio Kovič dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

With an all-out effort, Prevalje FC's Egidio Kovič threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gerard Pejčić, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vasilije Tominšek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melvin Sternad, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Melvin Sternad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Suljo Krulec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vasilije Tominšek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Theodor Kosednar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Egidio Kovič tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasilije Tominšek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suljo Krulec, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Elvis Zemljič was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prevalje FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kostel ND the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Prevalje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvis Zemljič to maneuver through the defense. Melvin Sternad hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Gerard Pejčić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egidio Kovič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernes Vesel's late challenge caught a Prevalje FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernes Vesel helped the player get up and apologised. Ernes Vesel hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Theodor Kosednars short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Egidio Kovič to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vasilije Tominšek came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Kostel ND's Suljo Krulec. But to his dismay, Suljo Krulec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The supporters of Prevalje FC booed when Kostel ND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernes Vesel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Prevalje FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
