Olivij Bajde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aljoša Franko in the 3rd minute of the match. Aljoša Franko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Olivij Bajde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorio Hechter hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of Kamnik NK booed when FC ANIMATORS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aljoša Franko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Nejc Pečnik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Olivij Bajde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the game, Kamnik NK's Alexander Veinhandl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bo Chamberlain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Vaso Vodeb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Črt Tancek hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Aljoša Franko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aljoša Franko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olivij Bajde having to interfere. If Nejc Pečnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aljoša Franko came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC ANIMATORS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aljoša Franko couldn't finish the play. FC ANIMATORS's Aljoša Franko got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

51 minutes into the match, Kamnik NK's goal looked a bit too open when Aljoša Franko came free, but Olivij Bajde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olivij Bajde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nejc Pečnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Nejc Pečnik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olivij Bajde having to make a save. After having played for 61 minutes, Nejc Pečnik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ANIMATORS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nejc Pečnik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aljoša Franko in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olivij Bajde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute of the match Sulevi Lehtilä sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olivij Bajde skillfully saved the ball. If Nejc Pečnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 68 played minutes Kamnik NK got a freekick which was hit by Črt Tancek. Sonny Rudkvist, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Borna Devetak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Bo Chamberlain made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Črt Tancek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes, FC ANIMATORS's Sonny Rudkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olivij Bajde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC ANIMATORS reached it. After a rather tough play, Kamnik NK's Vaso Vodeb got a free kick in the 74th minute. Nejc Pečnik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Cilenšek during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evgen Pešec's late challenge caught a FC ANIMATORS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evgen Pešec helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC ANIMATORS booed when Kamnik NK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evgen Pešec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nejc Pečnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olivij Bajde having to interfere. Kamnik NK's Olivij Bajde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nejc Pečnik in the 93rd minute of play. Nejc Pečnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC ANIMATORS were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Kamnik NK to leave the ground with a draw.
