Spectators: 5610 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrick Mazić started the match with the kick off. Dorjano Fistrič hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the match, Kozina's goalkeeper Dominik Siter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Arenchen. Ambrosius Söhnlein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastjan Kusić in the 5th minute of play. Dominik Siter made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Paulo Arenchen sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Arenchen got in the 12th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Dominik Siter handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 13 minutes of play, Rogatec ND's Patrick Mazić made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Siter was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Rogatec ND's Patrick Mazić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominik Siter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Kozina getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dorjano Fistrič hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Paulo Arenchen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dominik Siter was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Paulo Arenchen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, Kozina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Advan Košnik to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Patrick Mazić put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dominik Siter. After some careless play in the Rogatec ND defense, Dorjano Fistrič kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ambrosius Söhnlein. The Rogatec ND fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosius Söhnlein should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Kozina's Dominik Siter got control of the ball when Paulo Arenchen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Dominik Siter successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute Patrick Mazić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Siter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Arenchen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dominik Siter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Arenchen in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dominik Siter saved Kozina from getting behind. In the 59thth minute of the game Paulo Arenchen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kozina's Dominik Siter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Rogatec ND's goalkeeper Ambrosius Söhnlein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lenart Napotnik. Ambrosius Söhnlein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastjan Kusić in the 68th minute of the match. Patrick Mazić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dominik Siter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Arenchen in the 73rd minute of play forced Kozina's goalkeeper Dominik Siter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes of play, Rogatec ND's Patrick Mazić made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Siter was left in no man's land by his defense there! In a very dangerous position, a player in Rogatec ND fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Kozina. Leonid Čolić stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ambrosius Söhnlein. 4-2. In the 83rd minute, Horst Lubej hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dominik Siter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrick Mazić went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Patrick Mazić scored 6-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominik Siter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Arenchen struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dominik Siter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rogatec ND. In the 97th match minute, Kozina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorjano Fistrič to maneuver through the defense. 100 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kozina's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edin Frelih was slow to take the kick. During this time Rogatec ND's players had a chance to rest. Rogatec ND's Edin Frelih was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dominik Siter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rogatec ND fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kozina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
