Spectators: 5300 (Terracing: 4200, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marjan Grubelnik kicked off to start the match. Tolek Bury took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marjan Grubelnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marjan Grubelnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolek Bury having to interfere. Bujar Hribovšek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilim Mak in the 11th minute of play. Kristifor Luskar kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rateče NK's goalkeeper Bujar Hribovšek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Artur Sedlak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Bury. Zagorje MNK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Sedlak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 32 minutes into the game, Artur Sedlak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rateče NK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zagorje MNK the free kick. The supporters of Zagorje MNK booed when Rateče NK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Sedlak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Rateče NK's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Ursino came free, but Bujar Hribovšek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vilim Mak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Raul Ursino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marjan Grubelnik hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Vilim Mak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zagorje MNK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilim Mak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Ursino made a kick off. Tolek Bury stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomislav Prosenjak's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Raul Ursino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zagorje MNK's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Ursino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bujar Hribovšek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gorazd Jeler hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes of play, Zagorje MNK's Raul Ursino made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bujar Hribovšek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Raul Ursino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bujar Hribovšek was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Rateče NK's Marjan Grubelnik got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Ursino in the 64th minute of play forced Rateče NK's goalkeeper Bujar Hribovšek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Raul Ursino came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Zagorje MNK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Ursino couldn't finish the play. Raul Ursino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bujar Hribovšek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zagorje MNK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Džoni Hlebec in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match, Marjan Grubelnik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tolek Bury saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Zagorje MNK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Zijad Grbac hit a great ball. Nilachala Vučko's late challenge caught a Rateče NK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilachala Vučko helped the player get up and apologised. Nilachala Vučko hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Zijad Grbac charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zijad Grbac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tolek Bury was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Norbert Miklič. When the referee ended the match the Zagorje MNK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
