Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Satler in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Djozović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Bogdan Satler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Satler in the 22nd minute of play forced Grad's goalkeeper Jonathan Djozović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Bogdan Satler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Djozović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Grad's Suad Praznik threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jugomir Jurše, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
