Spectators: 6804 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1804, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dragiša Osenjak took the kick off in the first half of the match. Merlin Majstorović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Azis Gostiša made a huge save. Meti Šimnovec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Vihar went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Črtomir Kadič struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Azis Gostiša didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kuzma. Adriano Vihar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK's zone, Črtomir Kadič stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azis Gostiša came out of the goal and Črtomir Kadič tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dragiša Osenjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute Dragiša Osenjak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meti Šimnovec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azis Gostiša made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Črtomir Kadič in the 35th minute of play. Adriano Vihar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK's goal looked a bit too open when Črtomir Kadič came free, but Azis Gostiša reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Črtomir Kadič got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Merlin Majstorović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Črtomir Kadič was the one to do the kick off. Adriano Vihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Meti Šimnovec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Merlin Majstorović notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK's Azis Gostiša. Azis Gostiša was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tahir Gregorič's late challenge caught a Kuzma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tahir Gregorič helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK got a freekick which was hit by Tahir Gregorič. The supporters of Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK booed when Kuzma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldian Parkelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meti Šimnovec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dragiša Osenjak's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Tahir Gregorič hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gorenja Vas-Poljane NK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Živko Vračar was slow to take the kick. During this time Kuzma's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Kuzma's corner Živko Vračar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Azis Gostiša quite easily take care of the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
