Laibach Olimpija's Grozdan Vorih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nevijo Zalokar in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nevijo Zalokar in the 6th minute of play forced Laibach Olimpija's goalkeeper Grozdan Vorih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Sebastjan Ilešič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grozdan Vorih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nevijo Zalokar in the 13th minute of the match. Bastian Benedičič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grozdan Vorih having to interfere. Nevijo Zalokar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Grozdan Vorih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastian Benedičič kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 18thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Laibach Olimpija's keeper Grozdan Vorih was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 19th minute, Vodice MNK's Nevijo Zalokar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to Vodice MNK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Đevat Kenda hit a great ball. Grozdan Vorih made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bastian Benedičič in the 29th minute. When Bastian Benedičič came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Vodice MNK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bastian Benedičič couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Vodice MNK's Grozdan Vorih threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nevijo Zalokar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nevijo Zalokar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Grozdan Vorih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastian Benedičič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nevijo Zalokar in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grozdan Vorih prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laibach Olimpija's Grozdan Vorih proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Laibach Olimpija from getting a goal against them. Grozdan Vorih was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Nevijo Zalokar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nevijo Zalokar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nevijo Zalokar made the kick off in the second half. Grozdan Vorih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastian Benedičič in the 52nd minute of the match. Grozdan Vorih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Benedičič in the 53rd minute of play. Grozdan Vorih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nevijo Zalokar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Bastian Benedičič got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laibach Olimpija's Grozdan Vorih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nevijo Zalokar in the 61st minute of play. Nevijo Zalokar took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grozdan Vorih. Grozdan Vorih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Grozdan Vorih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bastian Benedičič, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Grozdan Vorih came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Vodice MNK's Nevijo Zalokar. But to his dismay, Nevijo Zalokar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Đevat Kenda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Grozdan Vorih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Vodice MNK booed when Laibach Olimpija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florjan Korpič didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nevijo Zalokar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Grozdan Vorih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
