Gerhard Brumen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavček Vašl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slavček Vašl in the 8th minute of play forced Dobje's goalkeeper Gerhard Brumen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bor Tratnik's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gerhard Brumen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bor Tratniks short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Gerhard Brumen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ailen Radunović charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ailen Radunović the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, NK Plitvo Morje's Slavček Vašl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 20 minutes of play, NK Plitvo Morje's Slavček Vašl made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerhard Brumen was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Velja Murgelj during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Bor Tratnik managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK Plitvo Morje's supporters rose to their feet, but Bor Tratnik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerhard Brumen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Slavček Vašl dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerhard Brumen, 3-0. If Slavček Vašl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes of play, NK Plitvo Morje's Bor Tratnik made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerhard Brumen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerhard Brumen made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Bor Tratnik sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Bor Tratnik made a precise shot to the right of Gerhard Brumen. Dobje's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Gerhard Brumen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slavček Vašl, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Bor Tratnik took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerhard Brumen. Gerhard Brumen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Gerhard Brumen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavček Vašl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bor Tratnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerhard Brumen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bor Tratnik in the 68th minute of play forced Dobje's goalkeeper Gerhard Brumen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When NK Plitvo Morje's Slavček Vašl in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dobje's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Slavček Vašl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerhard Brumen was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Gerhard Brumen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bor Tratnik in the 88th minute of play. Dobje's Gerhard Brumen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bor Tratnik in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the NK Plitvo Morje players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
