Hrpelje-Kozina's Slavček Ropret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Hrpelje-Kozina from getting a goal against them. Klement Lož charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klement Lož the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mavricij Bernik might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Slavček Ropret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mavricij Bernik ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Šivak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slavček Ropret having to interfere. Jugomir Grahovac took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Slavček Ropret.
