When Maksim Koprivnjak came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Mislinja MNK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maksim Koprivnjak couldn't finish the play. In the 19thth minute of the game Lovrenc Marčič who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mislinja MNK's Robert Rebernik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Metod Vrtačič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Iztok Grecs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Metod Vrtačič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Rebernik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Črtomir Zbačnik in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mislinja MNK's Simbad Zrnić got a free kick in the 29th minute. Maksim Koprivnjak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vjetko Buzonkić's late challenge caught a Mislinja MNK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vjetko Buzonkić helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mislinja MNK booed when Gottschee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vjetko Buzonkić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maksim Koprivnjak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Mislinja MNK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lovrenc Marčič was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Lovrenc Marčič received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Rebernik came out and tried to block the shot, but Lovrenc Marčič slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 73rd minute. Iztok Grecs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metod Vrtačič, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Metod Vrtačič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iztok Grecs having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mislinja MNK's Hotimir Topolovec got a free kick in the 90th minute. Metod Vrtačič kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If Maksim Koprivnjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vjetko Buzonkić kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Gottschee's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
