Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stjepan Dermastja got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Branivoj Borišek in the 7th minute of play forced NK Idrje's goalkeeper Maurizio Majzelj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muharem Mohar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stjepan Dermastja in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Alben Žerak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NK Idrje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Słowenia FC the free kick. A collision led to NK Idrje getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Alben Žerak hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Oliver Terzić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Muharem Mohar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the game, Gašper Mihalek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Słowenia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NK Idrje the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Oliver Terzić managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK Idrje's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Terzić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muharem Mohar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tevž Juršič's late challenge caught a NK Idrje's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tevž Juršič helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Słowenia FC's Tevž Juršič got a free kick in the 18th minute. Stjepan Dermastja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alben Žeraks short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Muharem Mohar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Oliver Terzić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute Stjepan Dermastja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muharem Mohar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Branivoj Borišek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurizio Majzelj having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Niko Padežnik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Słowenia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niko Padežnik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niko Padežnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurizio Majzelj having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Branivoj Borišek to strike the kick off in the second half. If Niko Padežnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurizio Majzelj was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Branivoj Borišek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Branivoj Borišek really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Muharem Mohar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stjepan Dermastja in the 59th minute of play. Niko Padežnik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Branivoj Borišek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Maurizio Majzelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Niko Padežnik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Muharem Mohar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stjepan Dermastja in the 77th minute of play. Muharem Mohar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stjepan Dermastja in the 85th minute of the match. Oliver Terzić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of NK Idrje booed when Słowenia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragiša Karlatec didn't get a good kick on the ball. NK Idrje's Raif Bergelj took a good shot, in the 94th minute, which hit the crossbar above Muharem Mohar's head, and flew over the goal. Słowenia FC's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by NK Idrje.
