When Vilim Lamovšek, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 18 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mavro SerdinÅ¡ek was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Veno Jeromel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Vilim Lamovšek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Dinamo Zagreb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilim Lamovšek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Å entjernej ND's Mavro SerdinÅ¡ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joži Pavalec in the 26th minute of play. Mavro SerdinÅ¡ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilim Lamovšek in the 28th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Vilim Lamovšek put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mavro SerdinÅ¡ek. RadoÅ¡ TuÅ¡ar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Darej Burnić skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The referee ignored NK Dinamo Zagreb's protests and gave Joži Pavalec a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute Chris Pikelj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darej Burnić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. NK Dinamo Zagreb played a much better game than Å entjernej ND and deserved their victory. The Å entjernej ND players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
