Spectators: 7060 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugo Vennersten took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hugo Vennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Örjan Tingelholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Blixt struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Örjan Tingelholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tranemo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Ekblom during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Vincent Björnberg fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tranemo's protests and gave Vincent Björnberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Vincent Björnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Vennersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Tingelholm having to interfere. Alf Viberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Löfgren in the 27th minute. Ölsremma's Axel Löfgren got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alf Viberg was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Joakim Almqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joakim Almqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Boris Sjöman kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Axel Löfgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alf Viberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joakim Almqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Viberg having to interfere. If Axel Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Tranemo got a freekick which was hit by Göran Helander. In the 46th minute of the match Petter Björnsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alf Viberg skillfully saved the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joakim Almqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Robin Blixt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Vincent Björnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Löfgren took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alf Viberg. Alf Viberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 70th minute, Karl-Magnus Ingvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robin Blixt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ölsremma's zone, Robin Blixt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Tingelholm came out of the goal and Robin Blixt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 77 played minutes Tranemo got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Magnus Ingvall. In the 80th minute Joakim Almqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Viberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ölsremma booed when Tranemo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Vennersten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th match minute, Ölsremma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ölsremma fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tranemo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
