Spectators: 7056 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredo Dias kicked off to start the match. Alfredo Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sven-Åke Wennerquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Arne Fors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Wennerquist having to interfere. Sven-Arne Fors could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Sven-Åke Wennerquist made a huge save. Sven-Åke Wennerquist made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Sven-Arne Fors sent off a good shot on target. William Ström came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Byske's Rune Melander. But to his dismay, Rune Melander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sven-Arne Fors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Wennerquist having to interfere. In the 30th minute Robert Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Robert Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Football defense, Robert Blomqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Ström. The FC Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Ström should have stopped the shot. Byske's Robert Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Byske's Sven-Åke Wennerquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Dias in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match, Alfredo Dias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sven-Åke Wennerquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Dias in the 46th minute of play forced Byske's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Wennerquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rune Melander was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Byske was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Melander to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Åke Wennerquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Fors in the 54th minute of play. Alfredo Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Wennerquist having to interfere. Sven-Åke Wennerquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Arne Fors went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sven-Arne Fors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Football's Alfredo Dias in 77 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Sven-Åke Wennerquist guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 79 minutes into the match, FC Football's Sven-Arne Fors sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Åke Wennerquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When FC Football's Alfredo Dias in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Byske's goalie prevented a goal. After 81 minutes of play, FC Football's Alfredo Dias made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Åke Wennerquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven-Åke Wennerquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Alfredo Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Åke Wennerquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Arne Fors's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Byske's Robert Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Football were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
