Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manfred Lidman started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, FBI TULLINGE's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Sandell came free, but Urban Mellbad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Manfred Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Byxelkrok IF's zone, Johan Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Åke Walmarsson came out of the goal and Johan Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manfred Lidman in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Åke Walmarsson saved Byxelkrok IF from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfred Lidman in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Åke Walmarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Otto Ekeroth hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Manfred Lidman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Åke Walmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Manfred Lidman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Byxelkrok IF's Åke Walmarsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FBI TULLINGE's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ivan Sandell 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After some careless play in the Byxelkrok IF defense, Johan Arvidsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Åke Walmarsson. The Byxelkrok IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Åke Walmarsson should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Byxelkrok IF booed when FBI TULLINGE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49th play minute Bertil Klintæus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Urban Mellbad. 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Sandell was the one to do the kick off. Manfred Lidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of FBI TULLINGE booed when Byxelkrok IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Klintæus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Bertil Klintæus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urban Mellbad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ivan Sandell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Byxelkrok IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Fransson to maneuver through the defense. Otto Ekeroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Åke Walmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Byxelkrok IF's Åke Walmarsson got control of the ball when Manfred Lidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johan Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Åke Walmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Fransson's late challenge caught a FBI TULLINGE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johan Fransson helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Byxelkrok IF! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for FBI TULLINGE. Linus Lundhberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Åke Walmarsson. 2-3. When Manfred Lidman came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the FBI TULLINGE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Lidman couldn't finish the play. Victor Hultman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Walmarsson having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Manfred Lidman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Åke Walmarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Manfred Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linus Lundhberg hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match Elliot Granström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urban Mellbad skillfully saved the ball. When Manfred Lidman came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the FBI TULLINGE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Lidman couldn't finish the play. FBI TULLINGE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
