Djurgårdens IF's Eskil Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Malmberg in the 46th minute of play. Eskil Tinglöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Malmberg in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hubert Malm was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Nils-Åke Malmberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eskil Tinglöv saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 53 minutes into the game, Bertil Ekerot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mudey FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert Malm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. When the final whistle sounded Mudey FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Djurgårdens IF.
