Jonatan Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Kellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Rudolf Söderman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Fred Kellberg notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Borås Finest's Jonatan Olofsson. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The Borås Finest fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Olofsson should have stopped the shot. Jonatan Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Söderman in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Frans Linqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zendraget IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borås Finest the free kick.
