Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oliver Biörk started the match with the kick off. Oliver Biörk struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Isac Deckberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almén IF. Nils-Emil Billing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Fribäck in the 7th minute of play. Almén IF's Torsten Lindberg got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Torsten Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliver Biörk might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isac Deckberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oliver Biörk ran back to his position shaking his head. Nils-Emil Billing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claes Fribäck went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute, Mats Hägg had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 22 minutes into the game, Knut Vikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Star Wars FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almén IF the free kick. After 23 played minutes Star Wars FC got a freekick which was hit by Knut Vikström. In the 26th minute, Claes Fribäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torsten Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Karl-Magnus Bengtsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isac Deckberg. Star Wars FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Magnus Bengtsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Harry Lagerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Biörk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Isac Deckberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Fribäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Billing having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Torsten Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Per-Olof Lindell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almén IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Olof Lindell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Deckberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Almén IF's Per-Olof Lindell got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliver Biörk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Deckberg having to interfere. Isac Deckberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Knut Vikström succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 75th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Vikström in the 81st minute of play forced Almén IF's goalkeeper Nils-Emil Billing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Star Wars FC's Isac Deckberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Lindell in the 86th minute of play. Torsten Lindberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Deckberg having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Bengtsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isac Deckberg having to make a save. If Oliver Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Torsten Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although Almén IF had been in control for most of the match, Star Wars FC still came away with the win.
