Spectators: 7145 (Terracing: 5469, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alf Wiberg started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Bäckström in the 3rd minute of play forced Republic of Sundsvall's goalkeeper Bengt-Rune Wahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt-Rune Wahlström came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Björnligans FF's Rafael Bilić. But to his dismay, Rafael Bilić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th minute, Rafael Bilić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Björnligans FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Bilić in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Rune Wahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bengt-Rune Wahlström came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Björnligans FF's John Bäckström. But to his dismay, John Bäckström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Republic of Sundsvall's Michel Hägert got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Valdemar Alströmmer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt-Rune Wahlström. Republic of Sundsvall's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Alströmmer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Bengt-Rune Wahlström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Alströmmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Republic of Sundsvall's Bengt-Rune Wahlström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Bilić in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Hägert got free with Eliseo Jordy in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Alströmmer in the 26th minute of play forced Republic of Sundsvall's goalkeeper Bengt-Rune Wahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Bäckström scored 0-5 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt-Rune Wahlström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Wiklund got free with Eliseo Jordy in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bengt-Rune Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Alströmmer in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Rafael Bilić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Bengt-Rune Wahlström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bengt-Rune Wahlström came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Björnligans FF's Rafael Bilić. But to his dismay, Rafael Bilić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 44 minutes into the match, Rafael Bilić notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Republic of Sundsvall's Bengt-Rune Wahlström. Bengt-Rune Wahlström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Bilić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Alströmmer in the 60th minute of play forced Republic of Sundsvall's goalkeeper Bengt-Rune Wahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the game Joachim Ahlroht made a throw-in which Johannes Västlund played forward. Bengt-Rune Wahlström was a little too slow when John Bäckström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-10. Bengt-Rune Wahlström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Alströmmer in the 68th minute of play. Eliseo Jordy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Wiberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Björnligans FF's Rafael Bilić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt-Rune Wahlström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. After 84 minutes of play, Björnligans FF's John Bäckström made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bengt-Rune Wahlström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Ragnar Alstedt had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Björnligans FF's goalkeeper Eliseo Jordy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bengt-Rune Wahlström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Bäckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Valdemar Alströmmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Rune Wahlström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt-Rune Wahlström made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Rafael Bilić sent off a good shot on target. Björnligans FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
