Folke Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesper Salqvist in the 3rd minute of the match. If Viktor Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börje Larsson's late challenge caught a Medrox FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Börje Larsson helped the player get up and apologised. Börje Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Folke Forsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesper Salqvist in the 11th minute. If Jesper Salqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesper Salqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Forsberg having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Magnus Gunnarsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Folke Forsberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 20th minute, Jesper Pålsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Magnus Gunnarsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Folke Forsberg. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 28th minute, one of Medrox FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Medrox FC. Viktor Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Michael Fastesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Medrox FC's goalkeeper Folke Forsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesper Salqvist. Magnus Gunnarsson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Folke Forsberg 39 minutes into the match. Jonny Hernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Fastesson having to interfere. Jesper Salqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47thth minute of the game Magnus Gunnarsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Medrox FC's Folke Forsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonny Hernström to make the kick off. Michael Fastesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Hernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Magnus Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Staffanstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magnus Gunnarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesper Salqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Forsberg having to interfere. Jesper Salqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Forsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jesper Salqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Medrox FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Gunnarsson came free, but Folke Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonny Hernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Fastesson having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Berg during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Staffanstorp's Magnus Berg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Allan Ahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesper Salqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Folke Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Jesper Salqvist made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Medrox FC's Folke Forsberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Staffanstorp's Jesper Salqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magnus Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Folke Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Staffanstorp had played much better football throughout.
