Spectators: 7079 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Månsson kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Månsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evert Elg was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Månsson in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evert Elg saved Avesta RK from getting behind. In the 8th minute Kenneth Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thor Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Söderström having to interfere. Evert Elg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Månsson in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Tomas Månsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kenneth Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evert Elg was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Tomas Månsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Månsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 26th play minute Tomas Månsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Evert Elg. 2-0. Svante Olsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avesta RK's Thor Martinsson got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as 6inchKick's Orvar Magnusson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evert Elg. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. Tomas Månssons short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Evert Elg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Thor Martinsson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Avesta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Martinsson couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Tomas Månsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evert Elg. Tomas Månsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thor Martinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Evert Elg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Månsson in the 54th minute of play. When 6inchKick's Tomas Månsson in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avesta RK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute, Thor Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Månsson in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evert Elg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Staffan Boström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Månsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Olle Willig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avesta RK and the 6inchKick players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Avesta RK got a freekick which was hit by Olle Willig. Tomas Månsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Evert Elg. Avesta RK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 80 played minutes Avesta RK got a freekick which was hit by Emil Isaksson. In the 82nd minute Tomas Månsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Avesta RK's zone, Kenneth Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evert Elg came out of the goal and Kenneth Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Tomas Månsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avesta RK's Evert Elg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evert Elg came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by 6inchKick's Tomas Månsson. But to his dismay, Tomas Månsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 92nd minute, Börje Hedvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Elg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Olsman in the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Avesta RK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Månsson came free, but Evert Elg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that 6inchKick were the better team. 6inchKick's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
