The audience was convinced that Kristoffer Svartengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingemar Hydén was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When Fredrik Qvarnström came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hamra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Qvarnström couldn't finish the play. Olof Kämpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Kristoffer Svartengren notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hamra's Ingemar Hydén. Ingemar Hydén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the FCZ defense, Per-Arne Levander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Alfors. The FCZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Alfors should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FCZ's zone, Fredrik Qvarnström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Alfors came out of the goal and Fredrik Qvarnström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hamra's Fredrik Qvarnström in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCZ's goalie prevented a goal. After 37 played minutes Hamra got a freekick which was hit by Birger Johnsson. In the 38th minute of the match Karl-Ove Rolfsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ingemar Hydén skillfully saved the ball. Olof Kämpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ingemar Hydén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Kjell-Arne Kjellberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Alfors was a little too slow when Fredrik Qvarnström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristoffer Svartengren to make the kick off. With a little luck, Hamra's Ingemar Hydén got control of the ball when Olof Kämpe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teobald Wawro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ingemar Hydén had great luck who in the 60thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kristoffer Svartengren from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ingemar Hydén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristoffer Svartengren in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kristoffer Svartengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingemar Hydén was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Martin Alfors came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Hamra's Fredrik Qvarnström. But to his dismay, Fredrik Qvarnström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Olof Kämpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birger Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sverker Backlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingemar Hydén having to make a save. Kristoffer Svartengren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Alfors didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Arne Levander went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Martin Alfors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Qvarnström in the 90th minute of the match.
