But to his dismay, Karl-Erik Kolberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 39 minutes into the game, Gösta Söderquist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Röstånga IFK's Jan-Erik Åström quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Lövet's zone, Karl-Erik Kolberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Bengtsson came out of the goal and Karl-Erik Kolberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Röstånga IFK's attentive Jan-Erik Åström managed to snatch the ball when Michel Kellberg made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. Måns Ivarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Karl-Erik Kolberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils Bengtsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl-Erik Kolberg ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Röstånga IFK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Birger Sigman hit a great ball. Oliver Arslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th match minute, Lövet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Hedström to maneuver through the defense. Rudolf Hedström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Arslan having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Lövet's goalkeeper Nils Bengtsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Erik Kolberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christopher Dahlberg in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Arslan saved Röstånga IFK from getting behind. Christopher Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Arslan having to interfere. Oliver Arslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Hedström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Röstånga IFK's attentive Stig-Arne Hultin managed to snatch the ball when Kristian Nord made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 94th match minute, Lövet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Ahlerot to maneuver through the defense. Röstånga IFK played a much better game than Lövet and deserved their victory. The Lövet players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
