Maze BK were furious when Niclas Löfdahl was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maze BK! When Jonathan Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Maze BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Grubb couldn't finish the play. Arvid Elg struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Malte Smefeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maze BK. The crowd rose to their feet as Arvid Elg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Malte Smefeldt. That made the score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvid Elg got free with Malte Smefeldt in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Maze BK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ted Grubb hit a great ball. Torsten Säv charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torsten Säv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anthon Dahlkvist placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a rather tough play, Ytterby FK's Stefan Josefsson got a free kick in the 35th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquilino Xacintu made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Ytterby FK got a corner. Maze BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rudolf Björklund ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Ytterby FK's corner Rudolf Björklund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Philip Snäll quite easily take care of the ball. Arvid Elg hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Philip Snäll made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Aquilino Xacintu sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ytterby FK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sebastian Wierzchowski hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Anthon Dahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ted Grubb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Snäll made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Nicklas Österlund sent off a good shot on target. When Arvid Elg came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Maze BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvid Elg couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ytterby FK's zone, Jonathan Grubb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malte Smefeldt came out of the goal and Jonathan Grubb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Grubb in the 82nd minute of play forced Ytterby FK's goalkeeper Malte Smefeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malte Smefeldt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ted Grubb went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Maze BK getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jonathan Grubb hit a great ball. Philip Snäll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Österlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ytterby FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Maze BK.
