Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Sjögren started the match with the kick off. Aron Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Östra Sönnarslöv's Folke Petersson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Ek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Aron Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias van der Aa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Hedin having to interfere. Claes Rönn charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claes Rönn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Slöinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Rönn to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Folke Petersson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Ek saved Slöinge from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Mathias van der Aa took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Bengt-Åke Hedin to make any attempt to save it. In the 22nd minute, Alexander Persson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Petersson in the 24th minute of play forced Slöinge's goalkeeper Aron Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aron Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Myhr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Slöinge's Tomas Sjögren in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Östra Sönnarslöv's goalie prevented a goal. After 27 minutes of play, Östra Sönnarslöv's Eric Henriksson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Ek was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Tomas Sjögren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roger Caspersson charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Caspersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Östra Sönnarslöv got a freekick which was hit by Roger Caspersson. A hard shot by Sven-Olof Hellström from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Bengt-Åke Hedin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Folke Petersson came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Östra Sönnarslöv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Folke Petersson couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Alexander Tunander in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Slöinge's Mathias van der Aa. In the 46th match minute, Östra Sönnarslöv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Caspersson to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

51 minutes into the match, Östra Sönnarslöv's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Sjögren came free, but Bengt-Åke Hedin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aron Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Petersson in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Folke Petersson notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Slöinge's Aron Ek. Aron Ek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Östra Sönnarslöv's Folke Petersson got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Östra Sönnarslöv's Folke Petersson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Folke Petersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Folke Petersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Ek having to interfere. In the 74th minute of the match Östra Sönnarslöv got a corner. Slöinge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexander Tunander ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Alexander Tunander almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slöinge's Aron Ek did a great save. In the 82nd minute, Charles Myhr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Slöinge's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Folke Petersson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Folke Petersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Aron Ek made a huge save. Stellan Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Hedin having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Folke Petersson got free with Aron Ek in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes Slöinge got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Nordlander. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Östra Sönnarslöv had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
