Kenny Björkdal had in the 24thth minute some difficulties stopping Sven-Oskar Lund's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Sven-Oskar Lund did a trick in the 24th minute in front of Jävre FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-1. An impressive performance by NEWMAN FC's Sven-Oskar Lund! After 26 played minutes NEWMAN FC got a freekick which was hit by Edward Igelström. Kenny Björkdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Lund in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in NEWMAN FC's zone, Kennet Helander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Henriksson came out of the goal and Kennet Helander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Lund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NEWMAN FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jävre FC the free kick. A collision led to NEWMAN FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Lund hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kennet Helander during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kennet Helander kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Knut Henriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kennet Helander's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If Kennet Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the last second Kenny Björkdal throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sven-Oskar Lund in the 67thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Jävre FC's zone, Bror Häll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenny Björkdal came out of the goal and Bror Häll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sven-Oskar Lund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kenny Björkdal. That made the score 1-2 in the 70 minute of play. The supporters of NEWMAN FC booed when Jävre FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kennet Helander didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Nordström in the 79th minute of play forced NEWMAN FC's goalkeeper Knut Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NEWMAN FC's Knut Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kennet Helander in the 81st minute of play. Kenny Björkdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Lund in the 88th minute of the match. Jävre FC's Kennet Helander got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bror Häll kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Kennet Helander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Knut Henriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The NEWMAN FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Jävre FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
