Charlie Ek scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mårten Grönlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vidar Ekberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. Vidar Ekberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Pontus Tingelholm made a precise shot to the right of Mårten Grönlund. FC Del Piero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alvin Blomqvist made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Örjan Ingvall sent off a good shot on target. Alvin Blomqvist was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Örjan Ingvall capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Örjan Ingvall really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Alvin Blomqvist came out of the goal and Ulf Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Killerclowns were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sverker Jonsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Alvin Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Ingvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Killerclowns's Vasilije Vidljinović got a free kick in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Charlie Ek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Killerclowns's supporters rose to their feet, but Charlie Ek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mårten Grönlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Örjan Ingvall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvin Blomqvist. Killerclowns's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Örjan Ingvall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Alvin Blomqvist came out of the goal and Sverker Jonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvin Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Jonsson in the 71st minute of the match. Pontus Tingelholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mårten Grönlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mårten Grönlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Del Piero's Leonard Wållander got a free kick in the 75th minute. Charlie Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mårten Grönlund having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Del Piero's zone, Pontus Tingelholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mårten Grönlund came out of the goal and Pontus Tingelholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
