Per-Olof Wallin charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Olof Wallin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Per-Olof Wallin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, David Lindqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute Ivan Pihl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Qvarnström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Qvarnström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Curran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Lindqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. David Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Stefan Qvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Rickard Strömberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bromölla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave face the truth the free kick. The Bromölla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Qvarnström should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, David Lindqvist notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Bromölla's Stefan Qvarnström. Stefan Qvarnström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Lindqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Lindqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Stefan Qvarnström made a huge save. Per-Olof Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Persson having to interfere. Per-Olof Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Stefan Qvarnström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vilhelm Sjöberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 86 minute of play. Ivan Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Stefan Qvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Bromölla got a freekick which was hit by Per-Olof Wallin.
