After having played for 3 minutes, Linus Kielstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Björkvik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Kielstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birger Ström made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Jan-Olof Berggren sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gunnar Björkkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björkvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Björkkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Dahlman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viktor Dahlman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Kielstedt in the 13th minute of play. Jan-Olof Berggren struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Birger Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fårdala FC. Christian Andberg took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viktor Dahlman. Viktor Dahlman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fårdala FC's Viktor Dahlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Andberg in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Christian Andberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viktor Dahlman. Fårdala FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Andberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 30 played minutes Björkvik got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Klintæus. Birger Ström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Olof Berggren went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Pelle Adelsköld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Birger Ström made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Fårdala FC's Jan-Olof Berggren got a free kick in the 37th minute. Viktor Dahlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Kielstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Andberg in the 44th minute of play forced Fårdala FC's goalkeeper Viktor Dahlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Fårdala FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Björkvik were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sören Arenius was the one to do the kick off. Gunnar Björkkvist hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fårdala FC booed when Björkvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Högström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan-Olof Berggren scored 2-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Björkvik's Henry Sundin got a free kick in the 95th minute. Fårdala FC's Jan-Olof Berggren got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Björkvik's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
